Young JV’s Lahing Bayani Foundation in cooperation with the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Iloilo City decided to organize a fund-raising event by bringing Star Magic celebrities to play basketball and raise donations for the victims of Typhoon Sendong, as well as for the worthy projects of Lahing Bayani Foundation and SK Federation of Iloilo City’s program for the out of school youth.

Ilonggos were treated to an all-star basketball game for a noble cause.

The Young JV’s Lahing Bayani Foundation, Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation of Iloilo City and City Government brought Dinagyang Charity Basketball with Star Magic stars at the University of San Agustin Gymnasium last Jan. 21, 2012 5pm.

The proceeds of the event benefited the victims of Typhoon Sendong in Mindanao.

The basketball showdown featured celebrities Gerald Anderson, Young JV, Xian Lim, Matt Evans, Jason Abalos, Aaron Villaflor, Lance Christopher and Gerard Acao.
