About his 2nd album "DOIN' IT BIG", I have heard that it'll be released under Star Records.

(Forgive me for this one) Personally, I really don't mind if Young JV would release an album under any record company. Why? Because Young JV has the talent. It is that simple, but it doesn't mean that a record company won't be playing a big role for the album. It is a must that a record company should have established their standards and is already known in the industry. Having great connections is also a big plus. Their managing skills and personnel are also taken into account. Never underestimate a record company's ability to publish and distribute the album.
Young JV is a talent of ABS-CBN, and Star Records is also operated by the ABS-CBN Corporation. Meaning to say, it is apt to have it under the same roof. Less hassle, same vicinity or atmosphere, more production.
Nevertheless, Young JV wouldn't choose a record company that hasn't prove anything.
Support Young JV all the way, Younglings! Remember that Young JV performs not because he wants to be famous, but he wants his songs to be an inspiration for everybody.
